Just off the Kitchen, The Dining Room is full of surprise + delight and offers seating for twelve under a canopy of color + light.

The Living Room offers more velvety seating and a built in long marble buffet. Entertaining your favorite people is made beautifully easy.

FOYER, LIBRARY & SUNROOM

A lovely hello + welcome, the Foyer invites you in with glimpses into The Library, The Living Room and up The Grand Staircase. 

The Library is rich, opulent and welcoming all at once. The perfect spot for lingering with coffee or cocktails for long conversations. Beautiful architect both inside and outside with the historic Callahan House + Gardens directly across the street. 

Just off of The Library, The Sunroom might be the spot for a morning read, a quick email or a dry martini as the sun goes down. Also connected to the outdoors, spring, summer and fall bring lovely cross breezes through the space.

The secluded, fenced in yard boasts mature trees, and a large covered porch.

Plenty of room for outdoor meals or small events during the summer months.

THE ATTIC PERCH

Making you feel like a kid again, The Perch is tucked away in the attic and has four comfy beds complete with an en suite for those who might like those late night chats and catching up on the latest!

 A little bit of summer camp with sleep over vibes thrown in for good measure, you might be surprised to find that this is a highly coveted sleeping arrangement!
