The venue is available to one couple only for the entire day. No rush to get in, get married + get out! Our basic block of time begins at 12:00pm for you + your vendors. The day ends at 10:00pm for you + your guests. Your vendors have 10:00pm - 11:00pm for strike.
If you prefer a longer day, morning hours (before noon) are $250 per hour. Late night hours (extending your party beyond 10:00pm) are $1,000 per hour.
Yes is the short answer. We do require you to use one of our five catering partners.
We also require you to have a professional wedding planner who is supplying the minimum of Day Of Coordination or Month of Management services. Our Required List of wedding planners includes 8 - 10 different groups, depending on their availability. With our approval process, you may bring your own professional wedding planner, additional fees may apply due to increased administration costs.
We do have a list of Preferred Vendors that we happily share with couples who book a wedding date The St Vrain. You will find Photographers, Florists, DJs, Bands, Hair + Makeup Artists, Cake Artists + so much more on our list. These are all wedding professionals we have worked with and who have repeatedly proven to have your best interests at heart!
If you are looking for bespoke accommodations + hoping for a weekend destination wedding, you will want to be sure to explore our little sister property THE TERRY GUESTHOUSE located just one block away from The St Vrain. THE TERRY will sleep 12 of your favorite humans, host a Rehearsal Dinner and/or Welcome To Town Cocktail Party...maybe even a Morning After Brunch!
Longmont is also home to a great variety of hotels! We love sending you to the closest + newest Hilton + Marriott properties, both just 2 miles away from The St Vrain. If you prefer a 5 star hotel experience, located 12 miles southwest of Longmont in the heart of downtown Boulder are The St Julien and The Boulderado hotels.
The short answer is NO! Your only job is to enjoy your wedding day! As a premium wedding venue, all setup + clean up is handled by your Catering Partner, your Wedding Planner + our onsite Venue Manager.
Your only responsibility is to remove your personal items from the Suites at the end of your wedding day.
