The St Vrain effortlessly mixes a rich history (it was originally built in the early 1900’s) with modern urban-chic style. You’ll find brick walls, exposed ductwork and beams, paired with beautiful chandeliers, distressed concrete floors and loads of natural light. Located 32 miles north of Denver in the heart of Boulder County, this unique property is one of Colorado’s truly modern, industrial-chic venues for gatherings of all kinds, accommodating up to 250 guests. We create lively, meaningful experiences that balance substance and style. With two full floors and an outdoor courtyard to create atmosphere, mood, transition and flow, we will work with you to design an event full of creativity, energy, and beauty, all while staying true to your unique vision.

At the helm of The St Vrain are two powerhouse women: Judi Sperry, a wedding planner, calligrapher, type-A owner of Dotting the i Events, and now co-owner of The St Vrain; and Bailey Fink, a bespoke culinary artist, owner/manager of a boutique catering service, Sugar Pine Catering and co-owner of The St Vrain. With their combined 20+ years of experience in event planning, you can relax knowing that your event will run smoothly and every detail will be meticulously managed.
